Return, Refund and Exchange Policy

All purchases are considered final and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange, except under the circumstances stated below.

When a Return or Refund May Be Requested

Customers may submit a return or refund request if:

  • The wrong item was sent by the merchant.
  • The item received does not match the specifications, description, features, or other information advertised on the website.
  • The item received is spoiled, damaged, or defective upon delivery.
  • The delivery exceeds the timeframe stated in the company’s Shipping Policy.

Supporting Evidence

To assist with the review of a return or refund request, customers are required to provide:

  • A clear and continuous unboxing video showing the parcel before it is opened, including the shipping label, packaging, and item received.
  • A clear video showing the first use of the item, where applicable.
  • Relevant photographs, order details, or any other supporting documents requested by the company.

Request Submission

All return and refund requests must be submitted to yoora-fashion@outlook.com within 24 hours of receiving the item.

Any request submitted after the 24-hour period, or without the required supporting evidence stated above, will not be accepted.
